Returns/Refund Policy
Living Biohazard LLC does not offer refunds for shipping costs, Custom orders, seizure, buyers remorse, lost, or stolen items. Once a package has shipped it is not longer our responsibility and damaged item claims must be made through USPS or the appropriate shipping carrier. Please contact us before purchasing if signature or insurance is required. Restocking fee may be added in certain cases for cancelled orders.

Living Biohazard LLC does not assume responsibility for how products are used after they are shipped. Do not consume products; doing so could lead to death or serious injury. Products are not suitable for children. Products may have sharp parts; handle with gloves and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Wet products will ship with no fluid to comply with carrier regulations and limit shipping costs for the consumer. Living Biohazard LLC does not assume any responsibility or liability for injury or death caused by products. If wet product arrives with broken jar Please contact us before attempting to remove specimen from box. Receipt of your payment will certify that you have read and accept these terms and conditions. 

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We are not responsible for any product seized by import customs. Please research the customs laws prior to ordering to your specific country. Damaged item claims must be made through USPS or the appropriate shipping carrier. Wet products will ship with no fluid to comply with carrier regulations and limit shipping costs for the consumer. Please contact us before purchasing if signature or insurance is required.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

 

Care for specific products
Wet Specimens: Make sure to rinse product with water before storing in alcohol(wear appropriate PPE). Let product sit in isopropyl alcohol a month before a second isopropyl alcohol change. This will insure the alcohol will stay clear after acclimation. Animals may have pathologies, flaws, defects, or parasites. Sometimes, cloudy or yellowing alcohol is normal within the first month.
Sculptures: Please keep out of heat and direct sunlight. Do not get wet. Please do not consume.
Handmade Plushies: Please keep out of hot areas, these are not for children handle with care as they are fragile.
Bones: Bones may yellow or discolor over time, bones may have flaws as the animals did in life.
